Little Real Estate Spring Hill

We had Little’s managing our townhouse for a number of years and have recently decided to sell the property. Inspected the property after the tenants had vacated and was impressed with how clean and what good condition the whole property was in. Thanks to Rain, our property manager, for how well she managed the property and the various tenants we had, very much appreciated.

I like to thank Nadine Kattan, the property manager, for you help with my new tenancy agreement. She managed to get me a good deal with my rental place. I couldn't afford to continue renting my old unit, but Nadine managed to convinced the owner to consider my issue. Not many property manager would do what she did. She went beyond to help me with my rental place. Thank you for all your help. She is a good property manager who listen to the tenant's issues. I am very grateful for all your help. Great job!!

I have always been happy with the service I received from my property manager at Little. Thank you for treating me with dignity every time you had an inspection in my home you guys were always respectful of me and my home and this is how all agents should be. Little has set the bar high and my current agent who I will not name does not come close to the service I received from you. I would give you 10 stars if I had the option but 5 being max rating I can give I will give you 5/5 for service and your business model which treats tenants like me with respect and dignity unlike most agents who only work in favour of the landlords but never see it from a tenants POV. She was readily avaiable and would always work hard to follow up with any requests or work regarding the rental unit. Four years as a renter at the same property with this real estate and would recommend them again to my family and friends. I had a really bad experience with a property manager managing my investment house at the same time I was renting a house through Little RE. So I thought I'd give Little a go as they were fair when I was renting. And I wasn't disappointed as Rain Lin my property manager has been excellent. The hardest part in all property management is getting the best for landlord and renter but it is very important for the best long term outcome for both. Rain knows this and achieves the balance required. Extremely Happy.
