Useless bunch of people working here with no customer service skills whatsoever ordered a part 8 am monday morning still didnt see it by wednsday lunch time ,called and was passed around the phone system untill i abused the last person and told them stick the part up your u know what .i will never buy a part from this company ever again i bought what i needed from Automotive parts group sydney got it within 3 hours for a cheaper price .

Called up for sales, I politely said 'hello buddy' and they hung up on me. Called a second time and said 'hello mate' in reply he said 'I'm not your buddy or mate, now what do you want'. And the rest is history.

I rang for a quote they told me $250 to $275 then when i got there to pick up car the cost was $375 50% MORE then quoted (there had my phone number to call and see if i wanted to go a head and spend that much on an old car) ,staff were very rude .The women with the thick accent extremely rude if she is the owner she should go to some customer service training asap. the parts to fix the car you can buy on ebay for $40.00 ,but i thought ok drop it off $250 all done go for it never again will i use this company

Been in business for 35 years and thriving. How these guys are still around beggars belief. If there was a word in the dictionary to describe their operation worse than appalling, then I would use it here.

Rude, arrogant, Customer service - nil. Asking for a freight cost on a part they have in stock. Not interested. Bloke got all worked up when asked to put in some effort as I want to spend the money. Told me to never ring up again. Rang back to put in a complaint to the manager to find out that was the manager. Feel sorry for the staff that work there. Looking forward to finding out when they go broke.
