Tension Release

Sher is great. She adjusts based on your pain issues. I felt the relief for days after receiving treatment from her.

I am not able to speak more highly of Tension Release and Sher. After 25 years of struggling with pain and only able to achieve temporary relief, I was recommended to visit Sher. I haven't looked back since.Sher works with an abundance of knowledge and intuition. She is truly gifted and I am so grateful for the quality of life she has given back to me.Sher treats to resolve with no expectation to return every other day, unlike most establishments I have been to. Over the past few years I have gone in twisted, unable to put on my own clothes due to lack of mobility/pain and sometimes with migraines. Needless to say, I have always been easily susceptible to injury and illness. Not once have a left Tension Release without being put back together and pain free.My whole family now attends this practice including my mum... which I have never heard her speak of a treatment so positively and that she would actively return on her on free will. Sheryl was fantastic, I'll be back

Sheryl is exactly what I was looking for in a massage therapist. She's well trained in a variety of techniques and gives good preventative advice. She also wants to fix the problem in the first visit and not have you come back regularly.

Sher is extremely skilful and experienced. I see her for some pretty heavy duty stuff, however Sher also resolved my elderly mum’s severe pain so I reckon it is not about force but technique. You are in good hands. I would recommend to anyone.
