The chips and nuggets were good ..but the crispified chicken tasted and smelt burnt bit odd ?we were starving but had to throw it out the windowSad because we love chicken treat

Food was surprisingly good for it being in a very small country town. Toilets located on the outer exterior of the building. Great Pit stop for a long journey on the road

Service was excellent, the young man at the counter made sure we were taken care of and that we would leave happy. the food was fresh and what you would expect from a chicken treat. The restaurant was also perfectly clean

Like most takeaway places in kalgoorlie chicken treat is just an average takeaway spot. Though the wait is very short and the food is surprisingly pretty good. But if you want country fried chicken just go to KFC. LOL

Chicken Treat is as Chicken Treat does. And this is a solid franchise that does the job well. Sure, it’s in “a quaint country town” called Merredin, but that’s pretty bloody obvious. Need chicken and chips for the kids tonight? This is the place.

Absolutely impressed by the service provided. We had a big group of 38 and stopped by for lunch. The owner went out of his way to arrange another place to host us! Unimaginable hospitality. Family owned business. Awesome kindness and generosity! Yes yes yes.

Mac balls were still frozen in the middle so had to get them re-cooked, asked for fresh ones but they just got thrown back in the fryer, even a half eaten one. Chicken is not all that, wasnt that hot so couldnt be that fresh and seasoning wise pretty bland.

Store wasn't clean, tables weren't wiped down when people left (covid?) No toilet paper in the ladies and men's floor looked like it had never been cleaned
