If you want proof read below:I engaged Fiona for the sale of my property which was handled efficiently and professionally ensuring my best interests were taken care off, negotiating the ability for me to use the deposit from my sale for my next property. The contract was completed quickly enabling a smooth sale.However, Fiona and the team exceeded my expectation and the high standard already set in handling my sale, when it came to my purchase. I saw a property prior to the first opening and made an offer, but the first opening took place. On the Monday evening, following the opening, I successfully negotiated to purchase the property and needed to act quickly, as the next opening was scheduled for Wednesday morning and until exchange of contracts the property was still 'on the market' and the risks associated with that.I emailed Fiona around 20:30 on Monday evening, fully expecting her to respond on Tuesday morning, to my surprise she responded and we continued to exchange emails until 23:00 Monday night. On Tuesday Fiona and the team worked tirelessly and diligently through the day, to make contract amendments required to get me in the position where we were able to sign the contract and pay the deposit at 5pm Tuesday, with the exchange being completed around 19:00. Resulting in a successful purchase and the property off the market before the next opening.To be honest, I did not expect everything to be completed in a day and certainly not to be corresponding late into the evening to progress the matter. It is rare these days to find someone who cares and works with you to get the outcome you require, taking away the stress and 'anxiety' associated with a major investment.I have no hesitation in recommending Fiona and her wonderful team.
