One sales person at Peter Jackson store at fountain gate, was very rude and his attitude was very unprofessional and grumpy. When I asked him questions about a product, he didn’t reply properly and made weird faces like he wasn’t happy to serve me. And he wasn’t busy. This made me not welcome in the store. I felt it was racism and my wife and I couldn’t leave the store quick enough.

Literally took 12 minutes for them to figure out how to put through a gift voucher. Should’ve brought a camping chair in all honesty. Customer service was awful and so disrespectful. Could’ve figured out how to do the gift card myself faster than he did.

My fiance, our baby and myself were in store, left browsing without even a hello for about 10 mins. We tried to make it very obvious we were after assistance, but didn't want to interrupt. We were blindsided but the customers who walked into the store while we were stood their waiting were not. Can't help but think they just didn't want a baby in the store. We were about to purchase 6 suits for a wedding.... a pretty penny lost to egos of store assistants. Fiance made a snarky comment on the way out, sales person looked stunned.

We dealt with the young man named Harry. Very helpful, enthusiastic, and friendly. We were looking for a suit for my husband and Harry took his time and gave us his expertise ended up buying two suits. He was patient, and we felt that the customer service he provided was 10/10.

Harry is amazing, exquisite customer service. Coolest dude ever, hooked me up with some serious drip, head to toe, and juggled 3 other customers with expertise and patience, Harry has so impressed me that Peter Jackson will now be my go to shop for fashion A+

Me and two of my friends walked in needing suits for a wedding. Harry was extremely helpful and put together a great outfit for each of us. Absolute life saver and he made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Harry!

Abysmal customer service, came in to try on some suits with my friend for his wedding and shop styles, older “gentlemen” serviced us, was rude, dismissive and arrogant, walked off in the middle of us talking to him and made us feel very unwelcome. Cannot fathom why tried to show him what we were after. I would’ve have dismissed him on the spot if he worked for me.
