Maitri Studio Brighton
I love my weekly yin yoga and meditation session at Maitri Studio with Freya!As it is a morning session, I often start off feeling slightly grumpy and possibly a tad anxious but as I unwind and sink into the poses and then the meditation I leave feeling relaxed and ready to embrace to rest of the day with an open heart and a far more functional body!!Thank you Freya
