St Clair Recreation Centre - YMCA

It's so cool that this rec centre exists. Always clean, tennis courts and nets are kept in excellent condition. Great time had by all.

Very unprofessional staffs. It is two times in two weeks.Firstly, we had a booking till 9 pm over the phone but later we were requested to leave the courtFollowing week, we had booking over phone and when we went there to play we were told there is no court available.What a ridiculous,stupid and unprofessional staffsKindly request to the management team of the centre please check the people about their mental health before hiring I think there multiple staffs are suffering with dementia they don’t know what they are talking and doing over phoneWorst staffs happy to give zero rating

Huge stadium with 6 basketball courts.Outside is a great playground, undercover seating and bbq.Next door a sports oval and tennis courts.

Wonderful spot! Great to see organisers putting on such a fantastic event every week! The coffee hut hits the spot to!!! Well done on everyone who puts the Saturday soccer sessions together

The facility itself is fantastic but it's always so dirty, unkempt, the running of it quite disorganised, sometimes the courts are not even set up ready for fixtures which eats in to our playing times. We have now done clinics and school comps since 2018 there and it hasn't changed. Not sure if it's a reflection on the local high school which uses the centre as an extension of their gym but if that's how students are behaving and treating the facility by vandalizing and damaging toilets and other areas on premises like under stair wells and within skate park then they shouldn't be allowed to use it. Sometimes bringing young kids does not feel safe or conducive of a community sporting facility.

Great gym. Relaxed atmosphere. Not too busy. Fantastic selection of equipment. Great pricing. Lovely staff. PT Sheena has been amazing. Highly recommend!

I am in much closer walking distance to Snap Fitness and New Life Fitness (I don't drive so this is important) and I have trialled at both in the past 6 months yet YMCA remains the favourite by far. I used to attend the location in The Parks before the St Clair one opened a few years back, and I'm still really stoked that they opened one here. Can't really fault anything, it suits all my needs personally.

St Clair Recreation Centre has a great community feel about it, everyone I've interacted with so far has been super friendly. My new personal trainer Tyler has been so welcoming and I'm enjoying my twice-weekly PT sessions.
