Ross North Homes

We went to see many different builders but could not make decision until we met Bradley.He was very patient and understanding our needs including budget, time frame , quality materials ... Rossnorth Team are very dedicated, patient , understanding and professional from the beginning to the end. They always kept us calm and not stressed. Thank you very much for helping us to build our dream home. . We truly appreciate it.Rossnorth is one of the most reputable building company that deliver exceptional quality , excellent design and genuine caring and professional. Contacted them about severe cracking in part of our house. They sent out a building inspector who said it was from shifting and poor maintenance. Got a structural engineer out and turns out it’s from the soil not being compacted properly under the footings of the house. So yeah don’t bother with them because they clearly don’t know anything about building a house or building inspection and won’t help you at all

Kids are currently building a house with these guys. Have to organise their own trades, have to continually wait for trades who don't want to work for them because they don't pay the market rates to their trades and sourcing the cheapest trades they can get.. You get what you pay for right! It's been 12 months and still not at lockup! They're still using lack of materials and trades as an excuse, yet all the homes around them started well after them and are almost complete!. Think twice before using Ross North!

We have not built a home with Ross North Homes, however, we did go into the show home on the corner of Preston Point and Moering Roads in Attadale, in December 2021. We were assisted by a gentleman by the name of Patrick, who is a sales consultant at this particular show home. We were just about to sign a contract with a builder down in the great Southern and wanted to get a comparison on prices. Patrick advised that Ross North did not build in the great Southern however, he was super generous with his time. He sat with us and went through our quotation and was able to give us such valuable information pertaining to our impending build down in the great Southern. I can only say this to you, I wish more than anything that Ross North Homes built homes down in the great Southern as we would have signed with them in a heart beat. Thank you Patrick for being so generous with your time, it helped us out so much, you are an asset to Ross North Homes.

We have built two homes through Ross North with virtually no issues especially compared to those building around us. Couldn't recommend them enough

Currently building with Ross North and it's been a nightmare. Almost 3 months of no trades of site and I had to jump up and down and even then hardly got much of a response apart from some came for a week and bit then left again. Promised the world by the sales guy Dave Curran to sign up, yeah it'll be ready by Christmas 2022 and here we are at the end of March 2023 and still only at roof cover. Everytime I asked them for a date or push them they keep giving the same excuse about lack of trades - they clearly don't know how to schedule jobs because they would know how many houses they have on the books and what stages they're at and the demand fluctuations and when... But nope... No excuse for this disorganisation. Builds that started after us are now ahead of us and some are even getting their keys. Watch out using Ross North, terrible building experience.

Built with them twice, and definately would again, good quality builds and great staff, very happy.

We have selected Ross North to our build. The selection all came down to the work Dave Curran put in at the predesign stage. He was able to work with our requirements and come up with a custom design which suited our needs. We have since moved on to prestart and the team at Ross north have been very responsive to our needs. The whole prestart experience went well and despite our travel dates and absences, the team was able to get us through our time frame. We look forward to the same level of service through the build and completion process.

Not all builders are the same. Ross North is a fantastic builder focused on quality and customer service. Highly recommended.
