Industry Beans Chadstone
Probably the best place at Chadstone for brunch. You can book too which is great for bigger groups. The bird's nest was great, and so was the scrambled chilli eggs. The waffles we found were a bit odd with the banana mousse. The fish for lunch has a good broth. Highly recommend as a bunch place :)

Had brunch here today with my wife and my son, it was an absolute pleasure! The service was excellent the food was great and the coffee was up there with Melbourne's high quality blend. It was so good I actually purchased some beans and got them ground to suit my coffee machine.They had a high chair upon request and had plenty of room for our pram to get in and around. The atmosphere was great and plenty of natural light.If you're ever at Chadstone and need a coffee hit or you're after breakfast, brunch or lunch I'd recommend giving Industry Beans a go.

Amazing food and staff were so friendly. I'm so glad we did try this place as the food was delicious especially coffee!!! and the interiors as well. I definitely can't wait to go back again, a hidden place! We were definitely impressed by how the food was served and wanted to try that next time.

Attracted by their all white fitout and modern decor, we went to Industry Beans for a late lunch. There were not a lot of sweet dish options so I went for the only one available - the pandan bubble waffle, and coffee. Coffee was bitter and burnt. The pandan waffle looked unappetising as it was unnaturally and brightly colored, and tasted even worse because pandan simply didn’t pair well with blueberry, nor did the overall flavour combo of pandan/blueberry/banana/coconut/berries worked. Should have just gone to Calia which was just around the corner from where IB was..

Simply delicious, breakfast bun was on point, brownie was very moist and coffee was great. The chips weren’t seasoned enough imo.

Cannot go wrong with Industry Beans Coffee. Been going there since they've opened and for every Almond Latte I get, is a quality cup of coffee. Always consistent with the coffee and top quality food options.Having some of their Fitzroy Iced Coffee during summer is just fabulous.

Have been to the one in Fitzroy so there were no surprises going to the one in Chadstone. It’s a lot bigger than it looks with plenty of seating and even a medium sized meeting room for corporate events.Went on the weekend - 4pax. I ordered the prawn buns (it was under the to share menu) which came with 2 servings. It was pretty fresh and the flavours went well together (sweetness of the bun and the apple, and the savoury ingredients of the prawn and chives). My cousins ordered the avo smash, the pandan bubble waffle, and a side of the polenta chips. Avo smash is a classic, you just can’t go wrong. The bubble waffle looked sugary and sweet but my cousin noted it wasn’t like that at all. Still flavourful, but more fresh and fruity as opposed to sugary sweet. The polenta chips were super hefty, a bit too thick, and my cousin noted it might have been a bit too salty for her liking. It was a good side to share as it would be too much for one person.Overall it was a good experience - much like my Fitzroy visit. Staff were accommodating, the aesthetic is there if that’s your thing, and the openness and natural light of the cafe was a plus.

Beautiful unique cafe within Chadstone shopping centre. Great natural lighting with simplistic interior. Amazing coffee 10/10 and good food. Friendly customer service. Downsides are some seating arrangements being too close to the next table. And Some dishes being on the expensive end even considering the quality and taste.Overall great experience.

Beautiful venue with great food and lots of seating. Loved the basil & gnocchi truffle and the chicken burger. Their peanut butter brownie is also worth a try - super dense and chewy.
