Sydney Windows

We bought a house that came with really bad windows (some you could not open without breaking a sweat and others missing keys to lock them). So my wife came across Sydney Windows doing a google search and wanted to get more information so we decided to head to their address mentioned on google (which is in fact their factory) and there we met Raj. He was very friendly and professional, he showed us a window that he was actually building for another client and we were very impressed. So we decided to replace 2 windows (at first). Raj came over and did the initial measurements and that evening sent a text message to quote us a price which we accepted. Raj would do a final measurement check a couple of days before the install and pick up an initial deposit. On the day of the install he and his team came on time and he would ensure the windows were properly installed and that they would close and open properly. They came out really great and we can now open them very smoothly (sliding panels) and with no effort. Also the windows came with locks, keys and fly screens so we can open them up during summer without those pesky flies coming in. We were so impressed that we decided to replace all the old windows. As you can see from the pictures we are really happy with the new look windows and it definitely adds more value to the house. After getting a few quotes I found Sydney Windows to be the most competive. I highly recommend them. Raj and his team were outstanding to work with from start to finish. Communiction was excellent. Raj obviously has a passion for what he does. The windows are high quality sturdy windows that made such a difference to our home. We had 7 windows replaced which took about 6-7 hours. Raj even made sure our plantation shutters would fit back on which was a problem for other installers. Will be ordering a new front screen door next.

I had the pleasure of meeting Raj for the first time last week. My wife and I wanted to renew the three panel sliding door from our dining room to our outdoor entertainment area. Raj popped in on the same day last week to take some measurements and to prepare a quote. I found Raj very reliable and most of all punctual. Raj and his team came this morning (7.00am) as he said he would. Within a couple hours the old aluminium door together with the entire frame and architrave were removed and new ones fitted, including the sliding fly screen. His work is outstanding. He pays a lot of attention to the smallest of details. There is no doubt the guy is gifted. My wife and I are very happy with our new door. I have dealt with a lot of Tradies during the past 45 years but this guy's work is unparalleled. I have no hesitation in recommending Raj to anyone.

We had a large Window and Backdoor removed. Raj and his lovely team removed them and then installed our New Sliding Door and Screen Door to compliment our New Deck area.We wouldn't hesitate in highly recommending Raj and his team. It looks great and proved to be by far the best price we were given. Raj Quoted to do the whole Job. Other Quotes we got were a lot more expensive and some weren't prepared to do the whole Job. We hope to be in a position to replace all our Timber Windows in the future. We know who we'll be calling :-)
