Dr Cathy was incredibly understanding and compassionate when I asked her to put my beautiful little Poodle to sleep at 18 years of age. On Friday June 1 2022, my cat Sansa had to be helped to cross the Rainbow Bridge. As a wheelchair user I find it difficult to make it to a veterinary practice. And given the circumstance, my wife didn’t feel she could drive. We were recommended Creature Calls by the staff at Channel Highway Animal Hospital, and I have nothing but the highest of regard for Cathy and the service she provides.We were able to end the suffering of our beloved pet in a stress free manner that ensured she passed calmly. Cathy’s demeanour was soothing and professional. She clearly was caring and very undedrstanding of our specific needs and the needs of our pet and other cats. I cannot recommend her highly enough and will definitely be using her for other veterinary issues when circumstances dictate.
