I visited 'Three Little Birds' café this morning and was disappointed with the behavior of the staff. When my coffee was ready, the lady at the counter refrained from calling my name and instead referred to me as 'Two large cappuccino'. When I asked her why she didn't call my name, she rudely took out the paper and said that she couldn't read it.As an immigrant with a name that is not difficult to pronounce I felt disrespected and discriminated against. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. I hope that the staff will receive the appropriate training in customer service and cultural sensitivity to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.P.S. I cannot judge the coffee. Because of my bitter experience, I could not drink it at all.

We have just moved into the area recently and we have visited regularly since.Lovely atmosphere with friendly service.Dog friendly.Yesterday we had lunch and it was delicious. My husband inhaled his breakfast burger! It was huge and fresh and tasty he tells me.Great little place. Great coffee and food.Happy to have Three Little Birds as our new regular coffee shop.

First time been here. We had clubsandwich and cheeseburger for lunch. The sandwich was so good, chicken was tasty, and it had lots of sauce in it. We had ice latte for the drinks. It.was perfect combination. Will be back one day for sure.

Have been to this cafe numerous times since it’s opened and have always been welcomed with great service, great coffee and great food! Very flavourful and quality food! Also love their range of quick lunch pick me ups when you’re in a rush. The variety! Also the owners are so gracious, love a hearty conversation!

Cute cafe under the bridge, lots of delicious food in the counter ready to go and the coffee was good. We were in the are at 6am on a Saturday so it was great to find something open. It was a fresh morning and all the doors were open so it was quite cold and breezy inside.

Cute little and convenient cafe in the heart of Kangaroo Point whether you are looking to dine in or take away. Great selection of food on the menu and to chose in the cabinet. Always love relaxing at beautiful cafes just like Three Birds.

First time visit since they changed management & name. Used to be a delicatessen, now it has opened up inside with more seating. I just tried the coffee & always order a double shot in a small cup. In this case it was unnecessary as the coffee was bold & robust with good flavour. Pleasant service too

Amazing coffee place! We loved it! Very trendy with a great atmosphere. The staff are great and friendly. And the food is to a extremely high standard. The coffee was second to none. So overall, we were very happy. We came back twice while visiting because we were so happy.
