Outstanding service and fuel prices were great. The guy serving was super friendly. Pull in off the highway as it’s a great store. Coffee was great from here and the air conditioning was very good.

Fuel prices are slightly dearer compared to surrounding fuel stations- however, one positive is that they have krispy kreme donuts available. The store is clean and tidy and the service is friendly.

no sugar for my coffee when i asked i got ignored by two staff members. your bench tops were fithy with spilled coffee and rubbish. thornton 7 eleven is never untidy always has sugar available and have great customer service. maybe retrain your staff.

I thought this place was open 24 hours a day. I thought I would get up early for work, fill up my car, get a coffee maybe buy a donut and a few snacks for work. I got there at 4.45am and I had to go to the night counter, I told the cashier that the main reason I went there was to get a coffee ( he did offer to to make one but I doubt he wails have fit the cup through the hole in the window). The point is if it’s says 24 hours open up you’re doors. I’m sure they are open in Sydney .Next time I’ll wait 15 minutes and go the independent next door .

I have always found the staff and service at 7 Eleven East Maitland exceptional. The store is always immaculately clean..I find it hard to believe some of the comments I've read
