I received wonderful customer service from start to finish - I was even able to take several samples home to review colours. The job was sizeable as all 4 bedrooms needed new carpet, the chap who also laid the carpet did a fabulous job. Thanks again CQ Flooring, I couldn't be happier.

Kahyan is the most personable and thoughtful flooring retailer that I've met (having visited 10 showrooms the past few days.) Kahyan's interior design background and internationalism give her a unique viewpoint - and she has a subtlety that flooring traders usually lack. A pleasure to talk floors with.

Hamed looked after us and made sure the installation went smoothly with his prompt communication and knowledge on materials etc. Also Dung did an amazing job installing engineered timber floors on all our home which was a hard job to do. We are happy with the end result.Edit: After a year and half we did some renovations and need to replace a section of the floor boards. Originally we were advised by CQ Flooring (Hamed) that glued down floors would be easier to replace sections as it doesn't affect the other areas vs floating where all the floor boards would move, this was one of the reasons why we decided to pay a bit extra to have the floor boards glued down. However now that we need to replace a section in turns out to be more difficult than if they weren't glued down. I guess we got tricked into paying more and now we have to pay even more to replace a glued down section.

The hybrid flooring was installed almost perfectly with a high quality staircase carpet. Have been using it for a few months and are very happy with the results!

They are very professional and responsible.I got the White Rustic Oak Hybrid floor from CQ flooring and Hamed and his team provided quick, efficient and high quality and finished 120m2 of floor in one day.Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Thankyou Hamed and Daniel for my new floor I love it..Ive just had new hybrid floorboards done by CQ Floorimg in my unit and I couldn’t be happier.The first time I went into the shop and explained to Hamed what I wanted he was very helpful, informative and made the whole process simple. I couldn’t decide which boards to choose and he gave me samples to take and try out which was a great help. Hamed also came and measure up the next day and gave me a quote.. Hamed was really good at the options and sourcing the right flooring. I’m quite impressed with the quality of the product. However the person doing the installation didn’t do a great job with the clean up. I am still finding pieces of floor board in my courtyard weeks after installation - and they used my vaccum to clean up. further to this I had to vaccum and mop down the flooring after installation as it was not left in a clean finish. Also I’m not sure why they didn’t close the bathroom door when sanding down the concreate floor resulting in me having to re clean the bathroom which was left covered in dust and not vacuumed. Partially my fault as I didn’t check the finish post completion. I’m happy with the product but the post installation clean up was not up to standard.
