Coles Lavington

Thank you Kim at the front Service Desk. After poor service from a Team Member in store - she was able to provide me with friendly & competent information/service, as well as a Rain Check for the 'out of stock' weekly Special product, that I had come specifically to purchase. Thank you so much Kim and a big thank you to Coles for still offering Rain Checks! Your opposition has made a huge mistake by deleting this option for shoppers, who are constantly inconvenienced by 'out of stock' experiences.

Typical Coles experience they do offer better trading hours the competition.

Went to buy smokes for a friend to be told I don't think we can take all that change ,,$1,$2 although i counted it for her , long red headed lady at smoke counter ,a smile and her attitude needs changing ,another lady told her as I was buying something she has to take it ,,,

Easy parking and had a good selection of what I was after.

Friendly service, nice big supermarket, stock a lot of groceries and grog of you are needing some !!

Was kept waiting at the smoke counter for over 5 minutes as the service desk was occupied by a worker and a customer having a conversation. A guy that was before me walked out in a huff because of the poor service at this counter and when I proceeded to tell her how wrong it was she decided that there's nothing wrong with keeping people who work waiting for minutes at a time while they have a casual conversation about COVID and such. I also called the store to speak to the store manager(who should always be in the store) and was given to some guy they gave a weird job description I didn't even understand and when he was told about my complaint he brushed it off as yeah we do that in stores doesn't matter if people are trying to get things together and get to work on time you just have to be late so our customer service representatives can get personal with customers. I don't care if it's your best friend from outside of work when I'm on the job there's no time for chit chat when there's customers waiting if it's clear and no1s waiting I couldn't care less but if every customers important than why was I pushed aside when I had a perfectly legitimate complaint. This store is beyond unprofessional they are disgraceful"

Great place for quick shopping, I have been shopping there for almost thirty years. I tend to shop almost daily, mainly for freshness of food but for personal convenience as well. Large parking area, mostly undercover. Staff are mainly happy, friendly and willing to help.

Too expensive. Only 2 checkouts open to serve at least 10 customers with full trolleys. No checkout staff available to assist and no sense of urgency.

Clean supermarket with nice wide aisles. Does anyone have coins anymore? For some reason, they are required for trolleys.

Still much the same. Minimum service and high prices compared with Aldi
