My daughter got her septum pierced and the lovely lady who did it was so caring and kind and made us feel really comfortable as we were both nervous.The place is very clean and sanitary and my daughter is in no pain. Will definitely recommend this place. Thanks for the great service.

Someone I know had her top piercing here 5 months ago and she still has swellings today with pain and there are no signs of it stopping. If you want your ears to hurt then please come here. All other review you may see are misleading, I genuinely do not recommend coming here.

Just got my daith pierced at the Tuggerah store by Lisa and I'm so impressed. The staff were all friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Lisa took her time to make sure everything was done right and made sure to talk me through the process and check in with me to make sure I was ok. They're also very careful to make sure everything is sterile and offer after-care and a follow-up to check on the healing process.

I got a few piercings done by Taijah (i’m so sorry if i spell it wrong i lost the card she gave me) and she is absolutely lovely. she’s hilarious and super gentle when she’s doing the piercing and she has such a calming and easy going energy with her it really helps calm the nerves. definitely recommend her if you’re getting a rook or tragus <3 thank you again T, you did a beautiful job!

Took my 5yr old daughter for her first piercing and piercer Jamie made the whole experience fun and memorable. There may have been some playful kicking involved but it absolutely put my daughter at ease. Jamie explained everything that was going to happen and how and definitely recommend Jamie for any young children's piercing.

I got a piercing from Jamie last week and it was honestly the best piercing experience I’ve had. She made me feel so comfortable and was extremely warm and personable. Will definitely be coming back to be pierced by her again ☺️☺️
