Months late. Then left site without finishing. Refuses to fix defects. Can I give no stars?

Within one year after our apartment (investment) was built/settled, we unfortunately encountered many building defects and electrical failures, which was costly to repair. The company failed to respond to these, despite our multiple attempts of contacting them, within the warranty period. Extremely poor workmanship, lack of ethics and service. I would rate 0 stars if that was possible.
