I keep buying the wrong equipment for my office, which doesn't last long before there are issues so I finally emailed Jon last week and he replied back to me that day with a wealth of information. Once I decided on the products, a printer and a labeling machine, I placed the order and within a week it was at my door. I couldn't believe how easy the whole process was and the machines were so easy to set up and use.
