We absolutely loved our experience with these guys. We eloped on bruny island and they catered a 5 course menu at our accommodation and it was perfect. The food was Devine. The service was amazing. Would 100% would recommend them.

I contacted Simon from Marefold Private Chef & Catering looking for a private chef to cook in our holiday house.I liased with Simon on a special seafood degustation lunch for 4 people to celebrate my 60th Birthday on a Sunday afternoon in March. Simon planed an amazing menu with sensational Tassie seafood as well as some lovely surprises.He & Nicola made my milestone birthday so extra special.

Simon and Nicola from Marefold on Bruny catered for my 70th birthday. They presented the most beautiful local fare in a menu unrivalled anywhere. Every course was absolutely superb displaying incredible diversity, variety and flavours. Highly recommended to anyone wanting “something special”.

We hired Simon & Nic from Marefold catering for a private wedding of 4 adults in early Nov. The food was outstanding! Beautiful presentation, fresh ingredients and thoughtful combinations that tributes the food Bruny Island has to offer. Simon & Nic were professional and attentive, I would highly recommend them, especially for a wedding, birthday or special event. Simon is an incredibly talented chef with a versatile knowledge of cooking techniques, with lots of experience, I would certainly hire Marefold catering again in the future.
