Angle Vale Medical Centre

First time visiting this surgery, and found it clean and very airy. It had a fresh and welcoming feel, and the staff were very helpful.

Friendly and efficient reception staff. New doctor very friendly and knowledgeable.

I visited Dr Michelle Igbokwe few time over the last 6 months. She takes time explaining things until I understood the problems and is always helpful with providing information.

Don't bother seeing Dr Ram, he'll tell you to stick your head over a bowl of steam for a level 10 ear ache, also that Panadol and Nurofen is the strongest medication he can give me when I requested something stronger.Second time seeing him for my 4 year old daughter aswell, for requesting a blood test form for low iron. First time he said he needed results from her previous Doctor so filled out the form straight after and was faxed to her previous GP. And then today he tells me the info isn't enough and I need to pay someone to have the full report sent to him. Like what?! He is also standoffish and not caring/friendly. I will be requesting to see a different GP when needed and going back to our family GP even though it's a 53min drive but we know we'll get the results and care that we need and deserve.

We've been visiting Dr wong since he first came to Angle Vale. The new practise is well planned and caters for many medical needs. Always professional and friendly.

I am really happy with the service l get from the front desk staff, nurses and the doctor.

Always amazing to see Dr Igbokwe :) she made my 2yo son feel so comfort and took so much care with him

Have been using Angle Vale Medical Centre for many years.Dr David Wong is fantastic with all the family. He doesn't overlook issues and instead looks for answers for any health concerns you have.From babies to elderly. Highly recommend.Great customer service from the reception staff. Easy to navigate on hotdoc or calling for an appointment.Like everywhere, doctors are busy.If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
