Until the property was sold, their team was okay.once the settlement is done, they did not follow the conditions mentioned on the contract document properly and not even responding to resolve the issue what they are meant to.I advise anyone to be very careful from the beginning itself.

I have bad experience with Prohomes Realty. We have bought piece of land in Tranemere last year from them. They tricked us really badly, never told us about the encroachment and it was not mentioned in form 1. We had hard time resolving that issue. We have to change the house plan and flip the house design. I thought Oscar was lovely person but in fact he only care about his business and money. I have seen him face to face many times before I bought that land but he never mentioned about the encroachment. Just be careful with this company.
