Great service highly recommend

G S & M have been wonderful, on two occasions we have brought the car in with strange noises and the have fitted us in to make sure 8ts safe for the kids, despite how busy they are. They haven't been recommending unnecessary work and provide sound advice which is budget conscious,

Had GS&M do a pre purchase inspection on a car I was looking at buying from a nearby used car dealer. They identified some mechanical issues with the car that would have cost a lot in the long run to rectify. Good customer service and reasonably priced too.

My daughter had her vw polo 2010 model go in for transmission repairs. She had been quoted by others $6000 to repair it. James told us that it was an issue regarding a recall from vw. He told us we could get it repaired at vw for free.What an absolute champion. 5 stars for integrity and honesty.

After worsening experiences at the Kia service centre, I took my two cars here for servicing based on the good google reviews. I was not disappointed. Grant and his mechanics are terrific. Great attention to detail, excellent problem solving skills, clearly knowledgeable, incredibly prompt, went above and beyond addressing all sorts of details and the icing on the cake was the bill was lower than I expected. Happily adding another 5 star review.

We moved down this way a couple of years ago, have had Grant and team service both our cars. He's a great bloke with integrity, there was an issue with our Honda that looked like requiring a lot of work. Grant rang after a few hours to say they found the problem, it wasn't as bad as first thought and it saved about $650 of his estimate. Many mechanics would have pocketed the full price and not been honest about the issue.He does a great job, quick turnaround, and great prices. What more could you want.

GS&M have gone out of their way to assist us with our car. We had an expensive, and big issue, and they sought all answers to find the best solution. They didn't pressure us into a decision, and provided great advice on the options available.

Dropped my Subaru off on a busy Monday for a radiator check and the friendly staff agreed to give me a report ASAP. Came back with photos of 90% blocked radiator and gave me a price. Fixed and fitted in quick time with no hassles and great price. Highly recommended

Took my 1998 Prado to GS&M for a repair to my transmission. It had done 350k. For $5000 was told I would get another 350k out of it. Paid the money. Now, 40k later, transmission is shot. Had a reputable mechanic open it up and informed me that rebuild on transmission was poorly done. Seems like I wasted my $5000. Not recommending GS&M. The transmission/radiator cooler was replaced, system drained, flushed and refilled. I was assured that the cooler had nothing to do with the transmission failure as there was physical damage to parts in the transmission from substandard workmanship in the original rebuild.
