Dennis at Bedshed Midland was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us find a bed frame and mattress that my husband and I both loved. He was so patient with us (and our 2 year old son!) and so kind, making us feel very comfortable and excited about our new bed! Was a very positive experience! Thank you again Dennis!

Recently visited your store after our current mattress was well past it's best. Your employee Adele was amazing. Really took her time with us and was very courteous and polite. We were quite awkward customers and had lots of questions which Adele answered brilliantly. Didn't feel rushed despite it being quite busy. Would definitely recommend your store to others.

I would like to thank Dai for his fantastic customer service. I went in to buy a bed and possibly a mattress. And walked out with 2 beds a mattress and a tallboy. Dai went above and beyond to help me find what I needed and made it possible to get something I wanted. Your a good sales man Dai, thank you for getting everything to the store the following day. And i would also like to acknowledge your fellow team members for there good customer service. They all made sure I had been looked after.

We purchased a new bed from Bedshed Midland and were served by Adele. Adele was just fabulous, so helpful and showed us all the options and gave us time to talk it over rest on the beds and made sure we were comfortable that our body alignment was correct. No pressure, Adele has a wealth of valuable knowledge that helped us make our decision to purchase our bed and accessories. Yes we would definitely recommend them. Bec the manager was most supportive of Adele and her assistance in our purchase. They were both excellent and made the buying experience most enjoyable.Helen and Ian

Adele from Bedshed was amazing. No pressure, extremely helpful and a very nice lady. It really was a pleasant store visit / purchase. Walked away very very happy with the customer service and information provided. She got us the best deal for our budget. Highly recommend Bedshed in midland. I will definitely be shopping there again.

Mark at Bed Shed Midland was amazing.One of the best customer experiences I have had. From the moment my family entered the store, he was so friendly, enthusiastic and engaged with our children to make them feel welcome.Mark did not pressure us, and allowed us to wonder the store until we were ready.When we were ready he provided experienced and balanced advice, allowed to try as many mattresses to suit our style and provided necessary input to assist in our decision making.Overall, a friendly, welcoming and efficient experience, a result of Marks exceptional customer service!

Adele was such an amazing person to deal with, she was very informative and considerate of our budget. She gave us a great deal on our mattress + bed and was so friendly! Highly recommend looking out for her when in store.
