Wonderful experience! Of course we went pre- Covid and this journey was very good.We boarded the ship at 7pm from Melbourne and reached Devonport around 5am.They have nice bar area, open seating spaces and good food.Dont forget to capture the city view before the ship takes off its really good! The cabins as expected felt conjusted but when on a overnight ship that's manageable.Overall good service and safe and lovely experience.

Even with covid restrictions and extra checks this was an easy process to board and unload both directions. Cannot fault the staff at either terminal, the parking staff knew extactly where to direct you, and got things moving quickly.

Marshalls will direct you competently in the queuing and boarding process. Read the pre briefing emails so you have secured gas bottles if you have them, or completed any other actions. Take a picture of your parking deck or grab the reminder leaflet at the relevant coloured stairwell. Plan what you need with you on the boat, as the vehicle decks are closed during sailing. Engines off unless they must be on. Disboarding is a patient process of waiting!

Very smooth, no waiting during embarkation. Cabin was clean and tidy. Amenities and towel are provided, bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Plenty of seating area to choose according to your preference!

The boarding process was good. Staff know what they are doing. Depending on vehicle or what you are towing is where you get placed. Mind you the ship has to be evenly balanced so the sorting and placement of vehicles depends on how long you have to wait to board and its the same when getting off. People do expect they can just throw cars, buses and trailers anywhere but you cant. These guys do a great job and know what they are doing. And doe to Covid you require permits to enter Tasmania and Victoria. Tasmania will do the checks but Victoria you go through all the routine as they state you need one but in the times I have travelled Victoria has not even bothered being at the docks to check a single vehicle so they put everyone through the stress for no reason.

Extremely well organised and everyone was very friendly and considerate. As we were boarding, it was announced that Perth had just gone into another covid lockdown. This did not effect boarding however it did mean that the staff were extra vigilant and every passenger was temperature checked.

This was our first time sailing to Tassie We were on the night crossing , so we ate locally and drove in with plenty of time and I would advise this as the quque gets quite long You wind your way through checkpoints and are given your room keys if required We moved and stopped till put into lanes and turned engines off The last part was up the ramp and into the parking bay you are directed too disenable car alarm take your meds and all necessities required and lock your car Take note of what coloured bay you are in as this is how they call you to disembark Your car tyres are strapped in and you cannot go to your csr during passage We used the stairs to go inside but their is a lift as well It all went smoothly for us
