Kamila gives you her asbolute attention as she goes through the class, keeping an eye on your moves and making sure your doing it right. She makes a class that goes for an hour feel like 10 minutes because of how engaged she keeps you. So glad I found this!

Kamilla’s pilates is not only a great workout but lots of fun. I've been with Kamilla for over a year - both in real life and on zoom during the covid lockdown. She is consistently changing the routines and keeps it interesting. I've done pilates over around seven years & I highly recommend Kamilla
