JOKES!For someone who has continuously bought shoes from here for years, I finally had to return a pair I did not wear. Perfect in their box with receipt - $79.95. Because it’s after the 30 exchange/refund policy there was nothing they could do and basically it’s my fault. To not be offered a store credit or anything is appalling. I can’t even wear the heels so this has been so disappointing.I have worked in retail many years and the is ALWAYS something you can do - it’s called loyal customer service.Will be sharing this issue! How expensive everything is right now and Iv been ripped off $80.

Do not buy shoes from here. Their shoes made my ankles bleed and they would not give me a refund. The staff at fountain gate are so rude and head office was just as bad. I will be telling everyone I know not to purchase shoes from here. I have also made a complaint to consumer affairs as I am legally entitled to a refund.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM NOVO SHOES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. The customer service is abysmal (non-existent). I have had to take this matter to Fair Trading because it has gotten that bad.

They don’t refund in store! Only credit note. Their click and collect was down so my gf had to purchase for me. The shoes are too big so I wanted a refund. Apparently they only refund online not instore. Won’t be buying from these guys anymore!

Unfortunately your online service is subject of improvement.I ordered 3 beautiful pairs for my birthday and payed $108, but didn't get them not on the day not after 2 weeks. Only after 3 weeks I've got 2 pairs and invoice for $62.19.I asked refund for the unused money but there is no reply and no one contacted me. :( So the advertised discounts not so discounts.Will avoid their online store next time.

I bought a pair of shoes instore that are damaged only after one wear, butbased on a pic sent to the manager, I was told no return as they were not faulty.I've been trying to contact head office but have had no luck there either.

I am so extremely disappointed with the terrible service I received at the Milton store!!!!! No customer service what so ever and beyond rude and she was the manager. I have sent multiple emails to the head office and tried the contact number for the head office but it just goes straight to a voice message I have been trying to address this issue since Tuesday morning and no one has bothered to even contact me back!!!! Absolutely disgusting

I wrote a. E,-mail 2 days ago and still have not heard a thing.Also bought shoes on buy one get next half price. One broke when l too them back first they said no because they wouldn't be able to resell them (really) then they said yes and l exchanged them at shoes for full price even though there were signs every where in the store. What a pack of vultures

Absolutely shocking! DONT SHOP AT THIS STORE ONLINE, you will not be helped with returning or exchanging even when the product is absolute rubbish. Don’t call head office- it doesn’t exist. No one ever answers, no message bank at all. Don’t email , no one responds and the online chat consultants don’t help with anything! Even if u have an email receipt apparently it isn’t a receipt! According to Burwood manager “Monica “ they need a barcode to enter into the system because the keyboard is useless apparently. No one will help you $100 I’ll never see again
