I have had Ian Dinnerville RE handle the rental of my property in St Ives for over 6 years. The Ian and Helen Walker provided me with excellent advice and service. The tenants looked after the home as though it was their own, rent was regular and the home was maintained in perfect condition. I can't recommend Helen and Ian Dinnerville Real Estate enough. They care for their clients and give excellent service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

***Do not use this agency*** Helen Walker maybe the worst real estate agent known and that is saying something, lazy, incompetent and completely rude. I am still owed over $2000 for a fencing dispute that has dragged on for almost a year and have had to begin action in small claims. I encourage those that have had similar experiences to lodge a claim with NSW fair trading as this agency has broken the code of cunduct on multiple occasions, you have been warned.

We rented an apartment for 18 months from Ian Dinnerville Real Estate and found the whole experience to be excellent - the team made sure we had everything we needed (including replacing a BBQ, vacuum and AC unit) in a very quick turnaround time. Ian and Helen were very easy to communicate with and offer a very personable service which is hard to find these days, especially with the bigger letting agents. Moving in, and out of a place, is stressful enough but we found the experience much easier with Ian Dinnerville and we would definitely recommend to someone looking to rent one of their properties. 5 stars.

Was very interested in buying a property through these agents. After putting forward formal offers; very disappointed to have been told via email that an offer had been accepted without having any chance to increase our offer. Would have loved a phone call and opportunity to increase our offer as was very willing to pay more for property. Very poor customer service.Updated- One year after writing this review I received an email from Ian Dinnerville threatening if I do not remove my review it will cost you a boat load of money""
