I wanted a basic service on a recent model Nissan Pathfinder. I supplied oil, oil filter and spark plugs. The quote was $1,080. Included in the quote was front, non-genuine brake pads for $150.That is $930 in labour for a BASIC service. The $150 pads I got later for $79, so that is almost 100% markup.The estimated time was 4 hours, overstated in my opinion, but even with that over $230 per hour for a car mechanic working from a van?If I factor in the pads Lube Mobile wanted to make $1,000 for 4 hours work. I assume a major service would be all day and $2,000 on that basis.I asked the mechanic to check the price, then he called his manager who also confirmed.When I can go to an overpriced dealership and get the job done for half the price, compared to a person who has a van, not a multi-million dollar building, something is seriously wrong.I think it is clear Lube Mobile are preying on people who don't have knowledge. If they charge that, people must be paying. I strongly recommend you don't. Get a quote over the phone and get another before considering using Lube Mobile, I am sure you will do much better with the competition.

Ron the mechanic provides an efficient and professional service. I have had mechanics in the past take clear advantage of me as a customer being a young woman with zero knowledge of car stuff. Ron is the complete opposite, could not be happier with his service.

I was recommended to try Lube Mobile by a girlfriend. Mechanics and anything to do with cars are very unknown and challenging in that you never know if the mechanic has done what he’s billed you for. I have used a lot of different mechanics in the Geelong area but remained dissatisfied. Lube Mobile come to you… a plus from the start. I was blessed that Ethan was sent to me and he did the mission impossible (pun). He is great.. I mean this guy knows everything about cars and you can tell when you drive your car after his service that he has fixed any issue you had with it. I have had 2 cars serviced by him and now would not use anyone else. I can highly recommend him and Lube Mobile to anyone who wants their car fixed properly by someone who knows what they’re doing.

My vehicle required a new starter motor and after waiting almost 2 days for a tow truck, gave up in frustration.I had the idea to try a mobile mechanical service and contacted Lube Mobile who offered a replacement starter motor service.The online booking was super easy with a very affordable upfront quoted price so I made a booking for the next day.The mechanical service provider Beni arrived on time and was very helpful. He did the job quickly.Beni contacted me before arriving to let me know that he was on his way and there is also an online tracking option available.I cannot fault the Lube Mobile service at all and I highly recommend them as an alternative to a bricks and mortar workshop.

The two times I’ve had to call on lube mobile for an at home service they’ve been prompt, friendly and extremely affordable!Today I had Dean come through and fix my tyre at home, he was quick, thorough and very reassuring!Extremely happy with lube mobile and will use them again!

I've been using these guys forever. Bit of hit and miss in recent times, hense the 3 stars. Overall, I do find them helpful and attentive. No real issues, really. Definitely, our families go to mechanics. No one is perfect, i guess, but lube mobile will keep coming out til we are satisfied. Thanks, lube mobile.

Great service from Will: worked for a couple of hours to replace my dead starter motor on a really miserable stormy day, and offered a service at the end at a reasonable rate considering labour, callout and the conditions outside. Not the cheapest rates at Lube Service compared to going into a mechanic, but it makes sense: they're driving out to you and they've gotta have a bank of parts to try and fill the jobs they're doing on short notice. Price was the only reason I didn't give Lube Service 5 stars, but it's unavoidable with the extra costs involved for em I spose.

First-time customer and very impressed with the service, convenience and price. Had some issues that needed to be diagnosed and fixed and then opted to get the full service at the same time - all in my driveway. No fuss - just efficient and thorough service with great communication. Abhi was a gem! Will be using Lube Mobile in the future!

I used lube mobile and had a few filters and spark plugs replaced and was charged $440 for 1.5 to 2 hours work. I was charged top price for all parts despite my car being an 8 year old little hatch back. I contacted lube mobile about three weeks ago questioning this and they never even bothered to reply. I won't use them again and I will advise the same to anyone I know.
