The customer service was very ordinary and the tow truck leaving our car with them was a real inconvenience to them and wouldn’t be able to look at our for up to three weeks.Very disappointing to be treated like this.When my meaning of inconvenience is being parked on edge of the highway with four children to arrange lifts home for them and arranging a tow truck to get your car to mechanic and they are inconvenienced to help you. Cars breaking down is that ever convenient?
