Cedar Holiday Units

Place was tidy and warm. However there was some fungus growing in the bathroom above the toilet. While the rest of the house was pretty much clean on the surface, some of the dishes were dirty and under the bed looked as if it had not been vacuumed in quite a while. Also the electric blanket was not working. But it was quiet and well maintained and river running through the back of the property was spectacular. It's close to the main street in Bright and is value for money. Would stay again.

Bright is my childhood autumn holiday spot and Cedar Flats delivered exactly what I remember about Bright. The apartment was roomy and clean, with all amenities as listed, could easily fit a family in, had coffee pods and teas and all cleaning for the dishes or bathroom. We even used the spa outdoors after a day of biking. I say even as i rarely enter public waters but it was clean and the ambience from the creek - it was just the perfect birthday weekend!

Not bad. Very old. Dated furniture, fittings, appliances and decor but who really cares. Roomy, a very pleasant location, and all the basics for cooking etc were there. Spiral staircase was a little fraught for kids. Clean and mostly in good enough condition. If you're looking for a nice functional place that will take plenty of people, and you don't care how fancy if is, then this place is a very good option.

Had a great stay. Well positioned for walking into town and all amenities.

Basic and Over priced.I stayed at Cedar holiday units 20 years ago and was unpleasantly surprised to see it has had minimal updates in those 20 years, not even new carpet or a fresh coat of paint inside... The fly screens were held together with duct tape which isn't the most effective, so best to keep the doors closed unless you want to use an entire can of fly spray and the vacuum cleaner at 12pm to suck up 50+ dead flies. Oh and did i mention the family of rats scurrying about in the walls and roof keeping you up all night?Look it's a great location and Bright is awesome but this place needs some serious work or a disclaimer. Great place to stay!

Good sized units,good amenities, and a nice short walk into town.

Well maintained and comfortable. Easy walk to town and little things in the unit like salt and pepper make a big difference. There is a resident bower bird.
