Maddi is an essential part of any house sale! She is incredibly efficient, genuinely friendly and professional. She is 110% on top of all the paperwork, legal requirements; often flagging potential issues pre contract signing etc. Maddie has recently helped us with a complex settlement of three properties simultaneously. She answered every question or confusion on our part promptly and she was very accessible by phone and email.
