We just had our first dog wash and trim and we are super impressed with Jess and Simon. Our little Herbie was made to feel so relaxed and comfortable, he even fell asleep getting a blow dry! We've just booked the rest of the year out. We are so happy we found these guys. Highly recommend to others.

I am quite disgusted by their response to me i was an old client and thry refuse to rebook me because i firgot to pay them on a certain date...i tld them it was a genuine mistake that i forgot to pay...tand that i did end up transferring the money as soon as i remembered ...then they back track and say thats not the reason lol..and if im being honest their service wasnt 100% to my liking it wasnt bad but i wasnt impressed either they didnt wash around his face head area so he still looked durty around the head.

Jess and her companion was really friendly and professional. Most importantly they love dogs. They treated my dog really well and my dog did look happy after the grooming session. Lunar usually do not enjoy baths, but she did good with Jess. Highly recommended ❤❤❤

My dog Max is very special and i wont trust just anyone with him, so it was very reassuring to see how he was with Jess and she treated him very well he enjoyed his wash and groom.
