DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER.My experience is as follows:- My job was booked and paid for upfront 2 weeks prior to the service being provided.- On Friday, 1 October (the day before the clean), I spent the majority of my day coordinating your cleaner and carpet cleaner. Both had no idea what was going on and were extremely difficult to communicate with given they spoke very little English. At times, I would constantly have to repeat myself and they were extremely difficult to get a hold of.- On Saturday, 2 October (the day of the clean), I received a phone call from your support team stating that your cleaner had car troubles (this in itself, is difficult to believe), and that you had no one available to attend the clean that day. This was incredibly frustrating given I was in the middle of a move, and I had already organised the electricity and water to be turned off on Sunday. Dealing with your support staff was also very annoying as I would receive multiple calls from different support staff regarding the same issue. This was both frustrating and annoying as it showed a lack of communication internally. Again, I do not work at BCIC and I felt like a Colleague during this time rather than a customer.- I very reluctantly agreed to postpone the job until Sunday which resulted in me having to reschedule the electricity and water to be turned off (incurring more cost to me). I also had to have an uncomfortable conversation with my landlord who was initially booked in to do the inspection on Sunday. This stuffed her schedule around too.- On Sunday, both the bond cleaner and the carpet cleaner were approximately 45 minutes/1 hour late. Again, I was the one who had to make the phone calls as neither of them had communicated with one another or me to advise they were running behind schedule. This additionally caused me immense inconvenience. When I inspected the property, the floors had water marks all over them.I had kindly asked for a refund of the partial payment which was circa $500 and they downright refused. They offered me a small gift voucher which I would never use given the service experienced.

I had a great experience with Austral Cleaning, despite what other reviews may suggest.I booked a bond clean on a 1BD Unit (no carpet cleaning).The cleaners were 10 minutes late due to peak hour traffic although I was notified by text in advance. They were very polite and met all of my requests. I received a text and a phone call once they were done (earlier than expected). I wasn't home to see them off however they locked everything up and turned off all lights/fans before exiting which I appreciated.The place was beautifully clean, not a fingerprint or spec of dust in sight. Walls had been wiped down and sliding door tracks were spotless. I made a mental note of marks in hidden/hard-to-reach places but when I checked after the clean they were gone. Very satisfied with their service. The real estate was impressed and I had no trouble claiming a full bond refund.Thank you Austral Cleaning

The cleaners I received for my bond cleaning seemed inexperienced and for the huge price I paid ($1058) they missed several spots and didn't seem to spot clean the walls at all. They did not vacuum before mopping and as a result I had to vacuum the house again as there was still dog hair and crumbs all over. When carpet cleaning they did not dry the carpets before locking up the house and as a result they smelled awful when the real estate agent went back to the house to inspect and she certainly let me know about it. When I returned to lock up the house the cleaners had their entire family over (children included) which also looked extremely unprofessional.I would not recommend them for bond cleaning as they were not thorough enough and do not use professional cleaning techniques.

ATTENTION! ANYONE WHOS BEEN STUFFED OVER BY THIS COMPANY!Obviously this company is a joke, we all know that by now but I am shocked by the amount of people they've been able to do this too.... well I am the last one, I've now made it my mission to bring this company down, so anyone who's been ripped off or stolen from by this company please write into a current affair, the more complaints they get about this company the more inclined they are to do something about it. I have already written to them and called them to explain what's been happening. We need to write the ACCC, fair trade and ACA. I will be seeking legal representation and taking this company to court, so if anyone has a story they would like to share along with evidence and any emails back and forth than please email them through to a current affair. Let's bring them down together!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are not based in Australia, let alone Brisbane. They are in India and they RIP YOU OFF AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY. They make you pre-pay for the service, then tell you the price is an estimate, then tell you everything costs extra - fridge, behind fridge, washing machine, behind washing machine, carpets, etc. They also tell you a cleaner will call you the day before and you can organise a time for them to attend. This not only doesn’t happen, but they book you in without telling you a time and then want to charge you to change the time because it doesn’t suit. There was an argument between my Cleaner and the office and one of them was lying to me. They said they could send me recorded calls to prove they weren’t in the wrong and I requested this twice but never received it. When I demanded a refund because they were mid way through my clean and were refusing to do half the job, they told me my clean was no longer guaranteed for 7 days so if I don’t get my bond back I’ve wasted hundreds of dollars. There are 1000 bond cleaners in Brisbane. Do yourself a favour and go with ANY OTHER ONE!!!!!* I noticed their reply to my review was a direct copy and paste of their reply to others. When you leave a bad review they say they have no record of you. That’s convenient!

My wife booked austral cleaning to clean our house last week. Varun and one other cleaner came to our property and did an amazing job. They were very professional and arrived on time. They had alot of great products to clean my property. There were some paint color marks on our bedroom walls which We tried to remove so many time but they never went but they managed to remove all of them. Washroom looked as new as they were never used. Oven looked like new. We have got our full bond refund. I would strongley recommend austral cleaning company especially varun.

Stay away from Austral Cleaners. Very unprofessional company. They ask for upfront payment before they have even done any cleaning. So I paid them upfront, and they were done in less time than I had paid them upfront for - but they refused to provide a refund for the additional time I had been charged.I've made countless phone calls to their head office to organize the refund to no avail. The quality of the bond clean was ok, but there were many areas like window ledges/walls that they forgot to clean.Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. These guys aren't worth the trouble.

Shocking that such a garbage service can stay afloat in such a competitive industry. If you speak to Johnson, ask for someone else, because he'll lie to your face in a sickly sweet tone.UPDATE 3 11/07/2022: Note that this business as changed its name to End Of Lease Cleaning Brisbane". Still haven't recovered money from this scam because I didn't feel like going through small claims. Still urge you not to book with them.UDATE 2 5/16/19: Oh dear

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!***This company has gone from bad to worse! Someone actually called me and bribed me to take down my review with the promise of a refund plus an additional $50 BRIBE!!!! (which I declined and requested my refund regardless). When I followed up as I had not yet received my refund I was told that there was no record of being offered a refund and to this date have still received no refund! I guess due to the fact I declined taking down my review I am no longer entitled to a refund. This company has no regard in the slightest for customer service and absolutely zero ability to clean.***I couldn't think of a worse experience from a cleaning company. Where do I start..Firstly the cleaners never arrived to our first booking. After about 20 minutes of waiting I called to find out where they were and the phone operator said as we never confirmed the job they cancelled it. I explained that I did reply to confirm the job and then emailed this confirmation to him. Without even an apology for their administrative error he suggested they reschedule for job 2 days later which I refused and he organised cleaners to arrive later that afternoon. While the cleaners were attending the property the company contacted me to request we make an additional payment as the 'bond clean' only covered a spot clean of the walls and our walls required a 'full wash' - i understood and paid the amount.Upon returning to the property I noted that neither a spot clean OR a wall wash had been completed in fact the walls were filthy still with all marks still in tact. There was still even food on the kitchen cupboards etc - there had been ZERO attempt at cleaning.The floors were not cleaned, the cupboards were not cleaned - it was as if there had been no cleaners at all.Of course our building managers were disgusted! They returned an exit report to us with almost every area marked requiring further attention.The cleaners re attended. They were forwarded a copy of the exit report as well as further details from myself.Upon the revisit the cleaner arrived 1 hour late with merely only a spray and wipe and a bucket. After 45 minutes he let the building know he was finished. Our building manager was mortified.'He advised that they would not be cleaning the walls as it was an extra service which was not paid for. He advised he does not clean grout when I addressed the issue in the main bathroom. I asked whether he had cleaned the floor, he lied and said he had, to which I informed him that it is evident nothing has been touched and it is impossible given he did not have a mop with him (he then left to get the mop from another site and re attended for a second time. When I met with Dom it was apparent to both of us the floors were still substandard). He cleaned the surface of one cupboard in the kitchen and the majority remains'To not even arrive with a mop??!!!And to claim he would not clean the walls as it incurs and extra fee WHICH WE HAD PAID!!This company is an absolute embarrassment. To this date we have not received even a mere apology nor a refund.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.Absolutely appalled by the experience we had with Austral cleaning. We received our quote for $400 based on the size of the house and rooms required, only to receive a phone call on the day demanding more money because the house hadn't been vacuumed. I know company cleaning standards clearly don't reflect this, but it is in fact your job to clean the house so we refused this unreasonable demand. After our clean had been completed" we came back to our house to find none of the walls had been cleaned
