I recently placed a order and when I called to check if it arrived they stated they had not seen it. I hung up and then thought I wonder if they even placed it. I phoned the next day to check and get fobbed of again but before he hangs up to check if it was actually ordered which it wasn't. Unfortunately I berated Brenton and swore but your service is terrible.
