The Meat Room
Visited the Meat Room for the first time today. Excellent quality products ! lamb and pork skewers magnificent with sourdough bread, tomatoes and basil salad. 5 minutes dinner with red wine,of course. Recommended, it won't disappoint you.

If you are like me and love salami, this place is a must to visit. James the owner is so friendly and very passionate about his products which I think always make the food taste better. My favourite was the Calbrese and Toulouse but the other salamis were awesome as well. They also have other local produce like Gins and Cakes, plus freshly made sourdough loafs. Definitely a gem of a place and asset to the area.

The old story you get what you pay for. The meat a little more costly than a supermarket but worth every cent no comparison in quality. Also has other speciality things like beautiful butters and cheeses the sourdough is the best l have ever had.

Always delicious. Meat is amazing! But LOVE their fresh sourdough bread and pastries! Yum! Lemon tart, Portuguese egg tart, friand, macarons are all amazing! Apples super fresh.Excellent pantry supplies, fresh pastas, fresh focacia, pies, sausage rolls on top of the amazing beef and lamb, salamis, cheeses! So great to support local!

We were given gift vouchers for the sausage making course, not knowing what to expect, turned out to be the best fun filled experience we had. James, Kathy, and Scott were absolutely delightful, the food, wine, pizza, were delicious all part of this wonderful day. Definitely will recommend The meat room. Anna

The sausage making with the guys at the meat room was one of my best food experiences. The effort James and Kathy have put into the facilities is first class. Not only did I get to make delicious sausages, these guys didn't stop feeding me all day!!! They even let me pick rocket from their garden. The wood fired pizzas, the beer and the morning refreshments are all included in the course. The capicola that James made I would have to say is close the the best cured meat I have ever eaten. Amazing. Thanks guys. Can't wait for the Salami making course to start.

Lots of treats from far and wide!Sampled and bought some delicious salamis and the tastiest salted Choc and Caramel tart I've ever eaten! Super helpful and easy going too. Thanks heaps
