I was in this store this morning and the salesperson Brendon was so lovely and helpful, nothing was to much for him, I hope the company appreciates the great young man they have working for them.

Amazing service! They helped me find comfortable shoes for my son and he’s hard to find shoes his size that the are comfortable. Went above and beyond to ensure he’s comfortable! Thank you so much Gabby and Sia!

People please be aware of a dodgy site on the internet under the name sketchers I checked later after I paid where they were coming from when I checked into it I saw that the place was permanently closed. Went to the bank it tears and the money was already gone. I then went to sketchers at narellan and told them what had happened to let people know there’s a dodgy site under the name sketchers they then said what shoes did you ordered I told them I had rang them up on the weekend and they were sold out on that shoe size they then said they will order it on line for me. They went upbove and beyond for me I was in tears. I’m so grateful they helped me. I received the shoes by post the next day. It was for my grandson who I know will love them. Thank you ladies for your help. Their service was amazing wont go anywhere else now. Thank you for turning my nightmare into a blessing.

Purchased my shoes after discussing my needs with the sales person. I'm on my feet 12 hrs a day ,was advised on the best for my needs. Turns out the shoes are the most uncomfortable foot wear I've ever had. Terrible waste of money,and terrible advice from the sales person. Never will purchase from this company again

I’m not usually one to share negative experiences publicly, but the experience that I just had has left me shocked. I visited at 2:30pm 23/11/2020. I went in store with my toddler. No one else was in the store. The staff member did the obligatory “hi how are you?” and I replied and headed over to the kids shoes to have a look. I then asked her “do you have any recommendation on the different styles of shoes for my toddler?”. She looked at me as if I was crazy, rolled her eyes, and said “ummm ok....” “well what size is she?” I said that I thought she was a 5 or 6 (I was hoping for her to be sized and fitted correctly because her foot has recently grown). The employee then rolled her eyes again and said “well I guessss I can get some out to try on; people don’t usually worry about types of shoes at that age”. This was said in a tone of voice like I was crazy. I said don’t worry about it and turned around and left. So rude. You just lost a sale.

I went in store a few days ago to buy a pair of shoes for my partner’s birthday gift and the worker that helped me was very helpful in finding the perfect pair. Liya was her name if I remember correctly, she ask a heap of questions that helped us narrow what pair was best suited for him. Needless to say he was very happy with his gift. Thank you Liya
