I have found the team here always very willing to help and offer fair prices and explain clearly what i am getting and what products are worth while or not worth while and are kept up to date when the final print jobs will be completed.

Incapable of a simple task of keeping their address upto date. An absolute waste of time and resources and I'm told my unwillingness to walk an extra 30min further in the rain is uncooperative ""

Under new management and with terrific service and quality of work. Only had a small job but Sam was quick with it and very reasonable with the price. Recommend!

Minuteman Press East Perth have been looking after our printing needs since 2014. They have consistently given us great service and very competitive prices. Highly recommended!

After handing in final proofs of the copy I needed on my work, Minuteman East Perth came back to me with 5 final copies each of which needed copy to be changed / adapted as THEY had input text incorrectly and made Multiple mistakes on a big business card order.After checking 5 final proofs one after the other as I had asked them to fix their mistakes I had stupidly greed upon a final copy on 10 different business cards however I had missed 2 errors INPUT INCORRECTLY by Minuteman.Once printed I asked if there was a resolution for these mistakes considering the DATA I had provided them to copy from was CORRECT and I myself am busy doing my own work and do not have multiple hours in the day to chat back and forth doing THEIR JOB they kindly gestured they could give me a minuscule discount to re print the cards.Subsequently they have lost a long-time customer and ongoing business.Hope this informs at least one person in the public.

You have to check and triple check everything with these guys as they are very prone to errors and stuff-ups. Hadyn’s spelling is shocking and moving to new premises won’t fix that.

Absolutely unhappy with the service.MY REPLY to you (as it is probably not possible do it other way)Yes, I gave a direct feedback for that particular shop on Wittenoom St East Perth. If you checked that I put my feedback mostly on European places, you can see that I try to mainly support businesses and give positive comments :)I assume you have no records of me because you did not own that shop back then. In every case, as far as I recall I went to only print out some documents and I was unhappy with unfriendly and rude attitude of staff towards me. As you can see, I have not received any reply for more than two years. If your staff members are different, I am sure such situation will not happen again and my feedback will get lost :)
