I have a Toyota Prado, and travelling Queensland, had to have the timing belt replaced 150,000 km, and had the Prado serviced by Toyota at 147,197 km about four weeks before in Townsville (think they would know it would be due to be replaced), i rang Murphy mobile and they had the part in stock and was able to replace it the next day which was fantastic, he and his team did a fantastic job and also replaced the transfer fuel filter which he thinks it has never been replaced before.Would highly recommend this company, they do their best to help you out, very polite and helpfully, thanks Tony, Tash and the team

Absolute legend. My wife and I are on a driving holiday headed for Port Douglas when our car's fan belt tensioner had given out on us... Luckily Tony answered our call on a Saturday afternoon, sourced the part we needed and installed it - all within a couple of hours. We can't thank him enough.

If you're looking for prompt, friendly and reliable service, these guys are the ones to see.The slave cylinder on my 2001 Holden Astra gave way whilst I was travelling. Told by other mechanics I'd have to wait a week or two to have my car fixed. Took my car to Murphy's Mobile Mechanical on Friday afternoon. Immediate diagnosis. Part arrived on Monday. They had my car fitted with a new clutch kit by Monday afternoon.Thanks again Tony, Tash and team at Murphys Mobile Mechanical.

Tony came out within just a cpl of hours,got my vehicle going,had contaminated fuel.He sorted the job out in a very timely and thorough manner. Lovely bloke,knows his stuff.Highly recommended

My fuel filter broke last night during a road trip, I called him and this morning he came and got it fixed within 20’ even though it was his day off. Great service!
