The worst business I gave ever had to deal with . Urgent medical parcels that have been paid a premium delivery fee sit at their depot for 3-4 days . They are supposed to be taken to the local PO which is a few kms away. Not contactable as phone is rarely answered and closed most of the day .

only open 3 hours a day...if you can't there in that time period they don't care. make sure if you have a parcel posted to you that they don't send it to this place.

If your experience is like mine and your urgently awaited parcel sits idol at Stanthorpe Parcel Service for more than 2 days, be sure to make a formal complaint to the relevant provider. Startrak, Toll, DHL, IPEC, TNT, ect. Be sure to not let this business to continue to not provide the service for which they are being paid. Do NOT pick up your parcel, they are paid to deliver!It’s obvious why so many people insist on Australia Post!

If zero stars was available this would be more accurate. May as well collect your item directly from where you purchased. Poor attitude from the business owner and this flows on through the company.No communication skills.Would never recommend this company to anyone.

My parcel sat at this place for 4 days before I chased down where it was (notification issues with the shipper) but you'd think the parcel centre would ring and inform you it was there waiting. When I rang them and asked why the parcel wasn't being delivered to my address they said they don't deliver to my area (I had paid for it to be delivered to my door as I live 20mins out of town) and I had to take it up with the supplier.The parcel centre lists their opening hours as 10am-1pm Monday through to Friday - these are work hours. Only saving grace was I was able to get a friend to pick up the parcel for me.

For the 4th time I've had to pick up a parcel instead of having it delivered as paid for. Apparently travelling 3km without a full load is too much to ask of SPS? Having tracked my package from Melbourne over a couple of days it sat for 24hrs in the depot before i went to see what was going on, only to be told it could be up to 2 weeks for them to travel less than 3km with my package because they don't normally go that way!! All of this explained in a less than pleasant and certainly not apologetic manner. I'm stuck between rage an amusement with it all. If i could give no stars i would!

I have parts arriving payed for delivery but no rag up yes they are there but they never ring even a note saying ring when arrived yea right. Went to pick up at 1:45 pm no body around said it shuts at 3:00 pm but no no parts again and RACQ are waiting on put them in very poor quality
