Kmart Joondalup consistently answer incoming phone enquiries & give great assistance. I travel further to get reliable information that the products that I want are available . Over many months of trying to check if products are available closer to my home I have found that other Kmarts, namely Warwick & Innaloo, NEVER answer incoming calls.

Poor behaviour from the front door man. Myself and my son walked in about 25 step in, and over the speaker I heard security. I stopped immediately and thought seriously, I just left the store I felt discouraged to shop. The door man was stereotyping, judging and discriminant even before we can touch an item. Disgusting behaviour.

Absolutely gorgeous store with much larger range than most Kmarts I’ve been to! BUT had the utmost disgusting worker at the self serve checkouts.I was on the phone at the time and this lady started yelling and and screaming at me as she thought I had said something to her ( god knows what ) when in actual fact I was on the phone not even aware of her until she got right up in my face yelling.I asked for her name ( Di ) as I was appalled by her actions and told her I would be going further with this, which had set her off on an even bigger yelling rampage and her calling the manager.The manager apologised on her behalf.I hope something will be done about this situation.

The queue for payment is always long on the weekends so if you're in a rush.. stick to weekdays or evenings!

The apparel manager at Kmart Joondalup was so lovely and helpful today. She went out of her way to help us find the stock we were after that wasn’t out on the rack. This review is specifically reflective of our experience with her, not of the store in general, as our click and collect order for the items had been cancelled despite having some of the stock on our order (& driving a distance to the store as the stock level online was over 50).

One of the checkout girls (black hair, makeup, large fake eyelashes) was quite rude when approached by people in the line for help at the self serving checkouts (where she was posted). She would huff and sigh when someone asked for assistance, which I found a bit strange as that was her job. Other people in the line noticed this and made comments on her inappropriate responses.

Kmart website says there is low stock (not out of stock), for a particular item I wanted. So drove all the way there to get one of the few they supposedly had left. Couldn't find the item. Asked a staff member for it, and he replied no we sold out last week, and we are not getting any more in. He also added that people have been asking for them all week. Well, maybe that's because you website implies that you have a limited number of them left.A day later their website still lists the item as Low Stock, not out of stock, when they have none left.

Good products and prices. Some great finds!Unfortunately they use palm oil and other products like skin care and candles have harmful chemicals. Please check all products before purchasing. Some are safe but some aren't. Some clothes are 100% cotton and some are polyester which is a harmful fabric.There needs to be better customer service on the phones. Sometimes no one answers for over 20 minutes or get cut off unfortunately.
