Myself and my daughter have had nothing but a wonderful experience at Journey Early Learning.

High quality of care and clear intent by the manager and staff to continually improve all aspects of the centre. Good communication from educators. My daughter loves coming to daycare

Journey early learning has wonderful staff and management that go above and beyond to help get the right answers and the staff listen and respect you and your child. The food that the children get is experience is amazing especially when my 3yr old is fussy n won’t eat at home.Thanks journey team

We were with this daycare for just over 2 years before withdrawing our child. We noticed a decline in quality of care over the last 12 months. There is a high staff turnover and a lack of communication from the centre. Our child was hurt on multiple occasions without any communication or reports completed. We were also told by an educator our 2 year old maliciously peed himself". We unfortunately lost 3 weeks worth of fees due to a deposit we were forced to pay and sign and when I gave feedback on our multiple complaints no one contacted us. While some staff are good there appears to be a lack of structure or consistency between the rooms. I would not recommend this daycare."

My daughter is in the nursery and I can’t rate the team highly enough I am constantly updated on her daily and the team are very caring.my daughter loves her carers. I love to see the photos and little videos of the things she is upto. Great team and centre

Educators and management staff are so friendly, supportive and encouraging of the children and their families. My two sons love their teachers and their friends. Thank you Journey Kawana.

My children love going to Journey Early Learning at Kawana, I love that each age group has there own outdoor area, My children love the food that’s prepared for them each day and all the educators are super helpful and friendly.Would definitely recommend

Amazing centre. All the educators are so understanding. I love that the centre supplies nappys and food. Staff is great at keeping families up to date with notices. ask for a better centre.

My daughter (3Yrs) has been to many daycares over the years due to moving or being bullied or staff neglect. When we moved to Rockhampton I had no idea where to begin to look for care for her and my other daughter (9Mo). The staff at JEL were so lovely with helping me with tours and enrolments and could get both my girls in for the needed days. I struggled to find a nursery to get my baby into as there were never any spots but was so amazed to hear they had 2 nurseries!We have been with them now for 5 months and I couldn't be happier. The admin staff are lovely and the educators really care for my girls. The girls have both had the same staff members in their rooms for their experience and when there is a new staff member that I haven't met they always seem to know what's happened with my child through the day and give me any messages that I need.I feel less sad dropping them off to daycare now because I know that they're in good hands and are having so much fun. I also love the updates on the app throughout the day. And being able to mark absent on the apps as well to save a phone call when I have screaming kids in the background. Google only lets me give 5 stars but I would give them 10.Thank-you to all of the staff for making my family feel cared for and welcome.

Very friendly staff always happy to help. More than just a day care also a place of education.
