Do not hire here just after a quick cash grab even when you return on time, zero customer service. They do not value business and when questioned make out like your ripping them off or that your dodgy not on to write reviews but you guys need to do better!

BE CAUTIOUS. They do NOT explain anything to you. I was charged 3x of what I was quoted because there was a 200km limit in regional areas and they charged $2.50 per litre of fuel. Wow.Make sure that you're aware of the potential excess costs. Read the contract before you sign. They make it seem all easy and fast so you're worry free. No verbal advise or explanation is given, and then when you're blindsighted by the costs, you can't do anything because it's in the contract you just signed.They are not there to look after you. They are there to take your money. And when I went to confront them about it, the lady on the phone was very rude and had a bad and almost aggressive attitude.Not a nice place to deal with.

Friendly lady she I returned the car wasn't enough to offset the grumpyness of the one I rented the car from.

Worst rental ever.On returning a truck I was first accused of damage.Their photos conveniently didn't show damage,I was smart enough to take my own photos in their yard on pick up.Was told the truck needed another 50Lt in the tank.Nobody moved it,or put fuel in it while I was there.I admit it was just below full..but 50Lt is ridiculous filled in Tumut then topped with $30 going into Wagga.(100km).was told I was way over km????Young clown at counter says that fuel and km is an additional $400...NOT HAPPENING.

Rented a moving truck from Avis and it was a straight forward and fast process for pickup and drop-off. Truck came with trolley and spare ropes and the extra mileage charge was very reasonable. Would use again for sure!

I spoke to a young man on Thursday and explained our situation.He was very helpful and understood why we were returning the car earlier than expected. He said fine see you tomorrow. Unfortunately wasn’t greeted by the same person. The young man was rude couldn’t get his facts right, even tried to charge a late fee when the car was returned early??! A shocking piece of work. Should be moved on for the better of the business

Nothing was too much trouble, young Indian guy was in early, got us sorted with a car straight away. Awesome service

Very rude lady over the phone.It was taking really long time to get a contact with insurance company to extend the rental service(Insurance company forgot to extend it even though I mentioned it). I was in VIC for the site job and over the phone too long while my colleague working by himself. Instead, I called Avis to ask is there a hotline between Avis and NRMA.The lady said No
