My husband booked his bike service here. Was advised would be around $500 on the phone and proceeded to book in.Despite multiple phone calls and discussion regarding additional parts that would need to be ordered, there was no mention that the price of the service had increased. Only after physically walking into the store to confirm collection, he was advised that the price was now $1500.Icing on the cake was that this was actually $1500 plus GST. Which they revealed as my husband went to collect it later.Feel absolutely ripped off.

If you can find some were to buy a seadoo some were else from either interstate private then do it! There is no customer service for parts or warranty. I’m a reasonable person but the Adelaide department is just a joke.I will never buy a ski again from them. Do your self a favour and stay well clear. They are a con job!!!!!!!!

Probably the best place in Adelaide for motorcycle parts and accessories.Massive range of all popular and world renowned brands of motorcycles and accessories. Not specialising on cheap, gimmicky Asian imports, but quality Australian and European made products that are made with pride and purpose.Friendly and helpful staff that speak your language and will give you the best advice and help you find exactly what you need.If they don't have it in stock, they can get it for you.

65 year old male with another bike in mind. 15 minutes in the store and nothing. Not 1 of the 4 or 5 staff that walked past me said a word .Looking at a 20 K bike and nothing .Time to buy online again and paythe freight.

Bought a new bike, great experience. Sales staff were brilliant. Came time for the 1st service and you were bloody terrible. Left numerous voice messages with the workshop who never answer the phone, got sales staff to contact the workshop to tell them to call me and..... nothing. I went to Bridgelands in Murray Bridge instead. Now they know about customer service, you should ask them for some tips.

Damien was also very helpful with the purchase of the bike, making sure my decision was well informed.
