How bad is this service, they don’t provide any type of help, the employees there have zero knowledge, they do everything wrong, and with disrespectful behavior.The government should not renew the contract with them, because I think no one get any benefit from this service.

APM service worth nothing & they hardly pick up the land line phonethis agent is currupted money making business and taking the government money and i with tham almost 3 year and never help me any way rude staff and every few weeks new case manager and dont understand u situation

2 staff memebers have Bullied my wife already, and 1 memeber had the gaul to lie to my face while sitting in front of a sign with company policy contradicting what she was saying. Such a shame a blight on the company when we had such a good experience with the gosford branch previously.

Worst job network ever, you never see the same person twice so constantly have to explain to someone new and even then you aren’t listened to, the staff are rude nobody wants to help you and you can’t even access the computers to help yourself, please do yourself a favour and don’t choose this place

Been trying to call for the last 5hours with no response. Finally got through and a male answers Hey" without anything else to say and yet I had to introduce myself and ask if I was speaking with the right people. Service is terrible."
