I had read the 5-star reviews before contacting Paul and he certainly did not disappoint! There are good reasons for all the 5-star reviews. Paul is professional, super-helpful and friendly. I called him on Friday afternoon, and he went around to the property in Upper Coomera that afternoon! He assessed the issue, got back to me right away and the pool pump was replaced the very next morning on a Saturday!! I could not be happier with Paul's services and highly recommend Jim's Pool Care Mermaid Beach.

I am so happy I called Paul to help me out with my pool. I’m a recently single mum and had no idea how to get my pool pump primed again after cleaning the cartridge filter and skimmer box out. Paul not only fixed the issue but taught me how to do it for myself in the future. He was friendly but professional, efficient and competent. I will definitely be using Paul again in the future.

Found Paul to be really thorough and interested in cleaning and maintenance of our pool.He keeps in contact on products to be used its all itemised clearly really happy with Paul.We have not had this in a pool cleaner before its just been 1/2 pie clean cya later or not turn up.We are very happy to have him as our pool cleaner and hope he stays in his business for many years.

Paul had great communication from the first phone call, through to him completed the job. He is very professional, punctual and explained everything that was happening with the pool. He got our pool looking brand new. We will be using Paul to maintain our pool on a monthly basis.
