I don’t often write reviews but the professional service that I have experienced with Hot Water and Heating is exemplary and felt it warranted a five star review.I have been renovating my kitchen and bathrooms and every step of the way the guys have given their expert advice and everything was done on time and minimal effort. Nothing was too much trouble! thank you Arne.I have now put in a gas fire in the living room which looks so lifelike, warms the whole living area and is economical to run. I get so many compliments.The Showroom Manager was very helpful and knew her product, giving us direction in the style and size we would need. There are so many to choose from in all sizes and prices, we didn’t need to shop around.I live in the Inner West and would not hesitate to recommend Hot Water and Heating for all your plumbing and a visit to their comprehensive showroom for all things ‘fires’.I

I love my DS 1150 Escea Fireplace. It looks amazing and modern and heats the house beautifully. I was hesitant at first as Hot Water and Heating is a little shop with nothing fussy about it, but the staff were very helpful with information on these amazing fireplaces. If I ever had a chance to do it again in another house, I would definitely go with these guys. Plus the price was good !!
