Great store to get your safety wear at a great price, the staff are super friendly and ready to help you with whatever safety clothing you need including work boots,if you are driving there is a small car park for the customers but if you are new to the area it can be a little confusing on how to get there, just be aware of the traffic around the area.

Gentleman named Olivier greeted me, he walked away while I tried asking for help finding a piece of hi-vis clothing and seemed quite rude. Other than that sales gentleman, the store is nice and has a good range of clothing.

Customer service is very friendly easy to find sizes. Bought $170 worth of products but had already hit my bank limit. Sales gentleman said no problem while I sorted it out. I'm a Bisley and Steelblue fan thanks guys for the easy transaction.

Service is a 10/10 I've gone to every workware store in the shire and the service here is far above any other store. The women working there make you feel welcome and know their products. I'll be back.

Shoutout to the two ladies working last Saturday 6/4. Went in to get some pricing for some company shirts & discuss possible options. Although the store was teeming with people & appeared one lady was training the other, I was given in depth information, all of my questions were answered, whilst she greeted every customer that walked through the door, helped the smiley young lady learning the cash register & answer a phone call. Not once did I feel pushed or hurried out of the store. If staff can multitask that well, whilst being friendly & having a laugh, it’s definitely who my business partner & I want to work with.

The online customer service was AMAZING!!! The lady helped me to update my online order easily, set aside items in the Caringbah store for quick pick up, and ensured they had my details. She was super pro-active and made the whole experience of changing an online order really easy!

The minute I entered the door, I was greeted with a friendly face, a young lady named, Dani. She let me wander a little before asking if I needed assistance. She helped me try on different boots and explained quite a bit to me about each of the brands and the slight differences in shape. While I wasn't able to make a purchase, I would definitely shop here again.
