Such terrible customer service and poor quality party supplies. Not at all open to customer feedback or suggestions or even complaints on defected pieces they sent to their customer. I was infact hit back with a response stating I shouldn’t have expected much for 10 dollars! DO NOT BUY!!I was offered a refund excluding the postage fee, yes! - but no where was it mentioned that the item I was buying was a clearance item! I don’t want anything free, I would’ve returned it if you had a replacement which what’s what I asked for.Infact you said I was picking faults which don’t exist!!! Which is incorrect because I showed you images of what I received!You even mentioned the picture you posted the ad with was the item I got - which is incorrect because I see the exact same image on your webpage!Another name or not (because I happened to be logged in as my nieces name) I’d be happy to post the real conversation I had !
