Went to Manly West store post bariaric surgery today to pick up protein powder (after a recommendation from a family member). The gentleman behind the counter was simply outstanding with service and advice.Well worth the 90 minute round trip.

Amazing knowledge on products and nutrition. Did not try to sell me one item. Asked me important questions to cater to me. After being shafted by my local supplement supplier with their own brand it was refreshing to find someone passionate about helping people get results. Jaimee/Jaimey was top knotch in making sure we walked away with knowledge not just product. My new store for any supps and they are 30 minutes away.

Very helpful good quality service,was looking for a weightlifting belt i knew absolutely nothing about how to wear it or what to buy..He got me fitting showed me how to use,had variety too..Couldnt have gone to a better place..!!Cant wait to try it..Cheers Jamie

EXCELLENT customer service every single time.The guys here a really knowledgeable, there's a huge range of options and the staff genuinely ask questions to find a product that suits you rather than just selling you the most expensive options.Recently ran out of a flavour of protein that is my regular product and I tried another.. after not liking it they were able to search my account, transfer one from another store and have it exchanged for me. If thats not above and beyond then I dont know what is.These guys are FAR better than any other supplement shop I have ever frequented and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
